Last week Lady Gaga made a surprise appearance at an L.A. vigil for the tragic Orlando mass shooting. The Bad Romance singer, grew emotional as she read off the names and ages of the 49 people who were killed during an attack at gay nightclub Pulse. She also shared words to a crowd of thousands, while trying to hold back tears,

“As we have now witnessed the largest mass shooting in American history, I can’t help but feel that this level of hatred, like all prejudicial crimes, this is an attack on humanity itself,” said Gaga.

And in a tweet to her 60.2 million followers she said: ‘Ignore voices that aim to divide us, this only leads to more violence between people. We must unite as humans, where we are all the same.’
