So if y’all have been following this blog for a while now, you know I absolutely adore Mr. Champagne Papi, 6ix God, Aubrey “Drake” Graham. What I love even more are his tracks that he does on a plane somewhere and he is just flowing, and the only appropriate titles are the place he’s at and the time these tracks are being inked down. This, “4pm in Calabasas, is another great installment of what I like to call Drake’s Flight Music.

It is clear that Drake was doing what Drake does best, and that is addressing those who be trying to lil bro him and once again prove why he is the big homie and that his spot is solidified.

Boasting lines such as “ I been had it since ‘No Scrubs’ and ‘No Pigeons’ ” and ” I got a lot to lose ’cause in every situation I’m the bigger artist/always got to play it smarter ” shows Drake’s supreme confidence and his disbelief at people still doubting him.

There has been speculation about this song taking shots at Meek Mill, Puff Daddy, and Joe Budden.

I can’t even choose a favorite line because the track is THAT good.
