It seems as if Obama is trying to refocus his attention on the economy before the upcoming midterm elections.

On Thursday, following  a fundraiser in Chicago for Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn, President Barack Obama will deliver an economic speech at the Evanston campus of Northwestern University.

The president will arrive to Chicago on Wednesday to campaign for Democratic Gov. Pat Quinn, who is running for re-election Nov. 4. He is scheduled to deliver his speech at 1:15 p.m. CT at the Cahn Auditorium, 600 Emerson St., on the Evanston campus.  It’s not clear whether he will visit his Kenwood home or not.
