Hey Fashionistas!

Happy Easter SUNDAY 🙂

I know you ladies have had your “Sunday’s Best” planned for several weeks and I know you look FAB. This Sunday I wanted to give my take on my “Sunday’s Best”.

My God sister and I after church on Easter

Do you remember when you were younger and Easter was coming up , so your mom would make it a big deal? I know I do. My mom would drag me to one of many department stores…sometimes more than one and I would try on dress after dress until she found the perfect one. After the dress came the shoes….and the matching bobby socks…you know the ones that are trimmed in ruffles? Then the night before she would press out my hair and put big bows or ribbons in it. The next morning we would attend a 3-4 hour church service and then after service me an my cousins would pose for 3 or 4 more hours while all our parents took pictures. I miss those days especially those big ruffle dresses!

I am a 24 year old from 219, Indiana. I love shopping for pieces that are different and that I know nobody else will have! But one thing I hate about shopping is going broke doing so. Throughout the years of me working in retail, I have picked up a lot of tips and tricks for saving LOTS of money when shopping. I also go against trends by Vintage shopping. I find pieces that I can pair together to create works of art. You can call me a penny pincher, but I'll look BOMB while pinching my pennies :)
