Black may seem uninteresting, but I beg to differ! The color black is very versatile. It can be styled up or down and gives your ensemble a sleeker look. Accessorizing is a piece of cake because you can wear gold, silver, or even add a pop of color without worrying about your accessories clashing with your outfit.

Using different textures will also make your black look more stylish. For example, pairing a black lace top with a pair of black leather pants will make your black POP!

Surprisingly, about 90% of my outfit was THRIFTED. Yes that’s right…thrifted. Don’t be afraid to step away from the mall. Shopping at your local thrift stores may save you some money. Thrift stores offer one of kind pieces…so the chances of someone showing up in the same outfit is very unlikely.
